PERSONAL DATA PRIVACY POLICY
T2 S.R.L. has created this policy to outline the collection, use and sharing of information you provide to us when you access or use the services provided by https://t-2.srl (collectively, the “Site”). This privacy policy covers only the information we collect through the Site, and not any other collection or processing of information outside of the Site.
The Privacy Policy describes what types of personal data are processed, how they are used, what your choices are in relation to such processing, and how we will respect your rights as a data subject under personal data protection law, including EU Regulation 2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as GDPR).
As defined in Article 4.1 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), “personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (data subject); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier, such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or to one or more factors specific to his or her physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.”

T2 S.R.L., unique registration code 18898207, registration number at the Trade Register J34/453/2006, legally represented by Anatol OPREA, as Administrator, subscribed and paid-up share capital 200 RON, with registered office in Roșiori de Vede, 35 Ceauș Firică Street, Teleorman County, is the personal data controller, according to the legislation on personal data protection, including GDPR.
T2 S.R.L. values the trust our users have in us when they give us access to personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”). This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how we work to maintain that trust.

Please note that we reserve the right to revise and update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Accordingly, each time you access or use the Site, you should check the Last Update information at the top of this policy and review any changes since you last accessed or used the Site. The processing of data on the https://t-2.srl website is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Article 6, para. (1) lit. a) of the GDPR, i.e. on the basis of the data subject’s consent to the processing of personal data for one or more specific purposes.
If the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or for taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering a contract, then the data shall be processed in accordance with the provisions of Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. (1)(b) of the GDPR.
If the processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation incumbent on the controller, then the data shall be processed in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. 1 lit. c) of the GDPR.
If the processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller, then the processing shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Art. 6 para. (1) lit. e) of the GDPR.

- By accessing the Facebook page, LinkedIn. If you choose one of these options, you will be directed to a page managed by Facebook Inc, LinkedIn, where they will inform you about the transfer of your data to T2 S.R.L.
We do not collect or otherwise process sensitive data, which are included by the General Data Protection Regulation in special categories of personal data.
We will use your personal data for the following purposes:
- To provide T2 S.R.L. services for your benefit.
- To improve our services
- For marketing purposes
- To defend legitimate interests
Where appropriate, we may transmit or provide access to certain categories of your personal data to the following c categories of recipients:
- To companies within the same T2 S.R.L. group of companies.

During the processing period, data subjects may at any time request the cessation of data processing.

Regardless of the purpose or legal basis under which we process your data, you have the right
- request access to your personal data in our possession. We remind you that if you are a registered user of the site, you can also check this information in the section corresponding to your personal data.
- ask us to rectify data we already hold. Please note that if you are a registered user of the site, you can access the section corresponding to your personal data in your account to modify or update your personal data. To process your application, please send us an email to office.@t-2.srl with the information we need to process your application. We will respond to your request within a reasonable time. We may need to verify your identity before granting access to personal information in our custody or control.
Our website may contain links to websites or mobile applications owned and/or operated by third parties. We do not own or control these third-party websites or mobile applications, and therefore assume no responsibility for the information practices of such websites or applications. For these sites, we suggest that you read their privacy, security, and data collection and sharing policies carefully before providing any information.
The security of your personal information is important to us. We take commercially reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorized loss, misuse, access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Although we take all measures, we deem appropriate to protect your data, unfortunately, no company can eliminate security risks, so we cannot make guarantees about any part of our services.
Visitors under the age of 18 are not allowed to use and/or transmit personal information on the site. We do not knowingly solicit or collect information from visitors under the age of 18. We encourage parents and guardians to spend time online with their children and participate in and monitor their children’s interactive activities.
