The processing of data on the website is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Article 6, para. (1) lit. a) of the GDPR, i.e. on the basis of the data subject’s consent to the processing of personal data for one or more specific purposes.

If the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or for taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering a contract, then the data shall be processed in accordance with the provisions of Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. (1)(b) of the GDPR.

If the processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation incumbent on the controller, then the data shall be processed in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. 1 lit. c) of the GDPR.

If the processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller, then the processing shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Art. 6 para. (1) lit. e) of the GDPR.

We do not collect or otherwise process sensitive data, which are included by the General Data Protection Regulation in special categories of personal data.
